A native Sicilian, Sonia is the "Angel" of the hotel, managing the housekeeping department, making sure our guests have the most wonderful stay in our new Sicilian hotels.

Her work experience includes various positions in Front Office and Food & Beverage, but eventually she found her vocation in housekeeping, that allowed her to work in some of the best hotels in Italy - including the Hotel Caruso in Ravello, where she gave her great contribution to the opening of the Amalfi Coast jewel.
