Salvatore is not only a chef but a real artist whose dishes revolve around the scents and tastes of his homeland, Sicily.
He was born in Agrigento and since childhood he has been driven by a passion for cooking and fascinated by the creative side of his career. Over the years he has worked with some of the best Italian and international chefs.
Salvatore is Regional President of the Sicilian cooks association, and national counsellor and one of the of Maestri di cucina (top cooking teachers) of the FIC (Italian cooking association).
As the new Executive Chef of Oliviero Restaurant, his aim is to offer you one the most delicious dinners you have ever eaten, with typical Sicilian specialities. |
