During the summer period the light lunch menu offers a selection of cold dishes, salads and pastas, together with locally caught fish and shellfish, cooked on the spot over a charcoal fire. The evening sees the introduction of a seasonal menu through which guests can take a culinary voyage around Sicily. Our carefully chosen regional and national wine selection completes the Oliviero’s offerings.
